Rep. Murray called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Adams moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Reps. Alexander, Clark and Dougall absent for the vote.

S.B. 98    Motor Vehicle Registration and Title Amendments (Sen. S. Killpack)

Sen. Killpack explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Dunnigan moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Morgan voting in opposition and Reps. Alexander, Clark and Dougall absent for the vote.

1st Sub. S.B. 8    Local Corridor Preservation Funding (Sen. S. Killpack)

Sen. Killpack explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan absent for the vote.
