MOTION: Rep. Sandstrom moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2007 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack absent for the vote.
S.B. 182 Child Support Modifications for TANF Recipients (Sen. L. Hillyard)
Rep. Dougall presented S.B. 182 to the committee, assisted by Mark Brasher, Office of Recovery Services.
MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack absent for the vote.
