Rep. Oda called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to approve the minutes of January 29, 2008. The motion passed unanimously with Rep Lockhart, Rep. Morley, Rep. Ray, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.

1st Sub. H.B. 109    Sex Offender Law Amendments (Rep. G. Hughes)

Rep. Hughes presented the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to amend the bill as follows:


1.    Page 2, Line 28 :    

             28          This bill appropriates

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Sumsion absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep Lockhart moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Sumsion absent for the vote. Rep. Bowman adjourned the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
