MOTION: Rep. King moved to approve the minutes of the January 28, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Daw and Rep. Draxler absent for the vote.

H.J.R. 7 Joint Resolution Recognizing Unreinforced Masonry Buildings (Rep. L. Wiley)
Rep. Wiley introduced the resolution to the committee.
