24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
26 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except:
27 (1) R765-603, Regents (Board of), Administration, Regents' Scholarship; H. [ and ] .H

28 (2) R277-470-12(B) and (C), Education, Administration, Charter Schools, Charter
29 School Parental Involvement H. [ . ] ; and
29a (3) R592-13, Insurance, Title and Escrow Commission, Minimum Charges for Escrow
29b Services. .H
30 Section 2. Effective date.
31 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
32 on May 1, 2009.
