7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the Designation of State Highways Act by amending the description
10 of two state highways and adding a highway to the state highway system.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . creates the Southern Parkway as SR-7;
14 . modifies the description of SR-112 and SR-209; and
15 . makes technical changes.

26 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27 Section 1. Section 72-4-106 is amended to read:
28 72-4-106. State highways -- SR-6 to SR-10.
29 State highways include:

30 (1) SR-6. From the Utah-Nevada state line easterly through Delta and Tintic Junction
31 to the northbound ramps of the North Santaquin Interchange of Route 15; then beginning
32 again at the Moark Connection Interchange of Route 15 easterly through Spanish Fork Canyon
33 and Price to Route 70 west of Green River.
34 (2) SR-7. From Route 15 in St. George easterly via Southern Parkway to River Road.
35 [(2)] (3) SR-8. From Dixie Downs Road to Route 18 in St. George on Sunset
36 Boulevard.
37 [(3)] (4) SR-9. From Route 15 at Harrisburg Junction easterly to Zion National Park
38 south boundary through the Zion National Park east boundary to Route 89 at Mt. Carmel
39 Junction.
40 [(4)] (5) SR-10. From a junction with Route 70 east of Fremont Junction northeasterly
41 to Route 55 in Price.
42 Section 2. Section 72-4-117 is amended to read:
43 72-4-117. State highways -- SR-111 to SR-120.
44 State highways include:
45 (1) SR-111. From Route 48 east of Copperton northerly through Bacchus to Route
46 201 northeast of Magna.
47 (2) SR-112. From [a point east of Grantsville on Route 138 southeasterly to Tooele
48 on] Route 138 on 800 East in Grantsville southeasterly to Tooele on 1000 North to Route 36.
49 (3) SR-113. From Route 189 in Charleston northerly to Midway; then easterly to
50 Route 40 in Heber City.
51 (4) SR-114. From Route 89 in Provo westerly on Center Street to Geneva Road; then
52 northerly through Lakeview, Vineyard, and Geneva to Route 89 in Pleasant Grove.
53 (5) SR-115. From Route 198 in Payson northerly to Benjamin; then easterly to Route
54 156 in Spanish Fork.
55 (6) SR-116. From Route 132 in Moroni easterly to Route 89 in Mt. Pleasant.
56 (7) SR-117. From Wales easterly through Chester to Spring City; then northeasterly to
57 Route 89.

58 (8) SR-118. From Route 70 easterly through Joseph and Monroe; then northerly to
59 Route 120 in south Richfield. Beginning again with Route 120 at 300 North in Richfield,
60 northeasterly to Route 24 near Sigurd.
61 (9) SR-119. From Route 118 in Richfield easterly to Route 24 at Kings Meadow
62 Canyon.
63 (10) SR-120. From Route 70 easterly to Main Street in Richfield; then northerly on
64 Main Street to Route 70 north of Richfield.
65 Section 3. Section 72-4-126 is amended to read:
66 72-4-126. State highways -- SR-201 to SR-204, SR-208 to SR-211.
67 State highways include:
68 (1) SR-201. From Route 80 at Lake Point Junction easterly to 900 West; then
69 northerly to 2100 South Street; then easterly to Route 89.
70 (2) SR-202. From Route 201 near Garfield northwesterly through the Garfield Cutoff
71 to Route 80.
72 (3) SR-203. From Route 89 near Uintah northerly on Harrison Boulevard in Ogden to
73 Route 39.
74 (4) SR-204. From Route 26 north on Wall Avenue in Ogden to Route 89.
75 (5) SR-208. From Route 40 east of Fruitland northerly to Route 35 near Tabiona.
76 (6) SR-209. From Route [48] 68 easterly on Ninetieth South Street; then easterly to
77 Ninety-fourth South Street; then easterly to Route 210 near the mouth of Little Cottonwood
78 Canyon.
79 (7) SR-210. From Route 190 at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon southeasterly
80 on Wasatch Boulevard and through Little Cottonwood Canyon, to Alta, including the Alta
81 Bypass.
82 (8) SR-211. From Dugout Ranch southeasterly; then northeasterly to Route 191 near
83 Church Rock.
