7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill excludes certain administrative rules from reauthorization.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . excludes certain subsections of administrative rules regarding the definition of
13 "incidental practice" in the Architect Licensing Act Rule and the Professional
14 Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Licensing Act Rule from
15 reauthorization.
16 Money Appropriated in this Bill:
17 None
18 Other Special Clauses:
19 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
20 on May 1, 2012.
21 This bill coordinates with S.B. 30, by providing substantive amendments.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Rules that are not reauthorized.
27 The following rules of Utah state agencies are not reauthorized:

28 (1) R156-3a-102(6)(d) and (6)(e); and
29 (2) R156-22-102(6)(d) and (6)(e).
30 Section 2. Effective date.
31 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
32 on May 1, 2012.
33 Section 3. Coordinating H.B. 335 with S.B. 30 -- Substantive amendment.
34 If this H.B. 335 and S.B. 30, Administrative Rules Reauthorization, both pass and
35 become law, the Legislature intends that the following rules are not reauthorized by the
36 Legislature:
37 (1) R156-3a-102(6)(d) and (6)(e); and
38 (2) R156-22-102(6)(d) and (6)(e).
