Madam Speaker:

    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 306, DISPOSAL OF UNUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, by Representative B. Daw, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 9 :    

             9          This bill amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to require the

{   pharmacy board   }        division       to adopt


2.    Page 1, Line 14 :    

             14          .    enacts a requirement that the
{   pharmacy board   }        division       allow a pharmacy to take back unused


3.    Page 1, Line 16 :    

             16          .    requires the
{   pharmacy board   }        division       to enact administrative rules regarding unused drug


4.    Page 2, Lines 31 through 32 :    

             31      administrative rules adopted by the
{   board   }        division       .

             32          (2) The
{   board   }        division       shall adopt administrative rules regarding a pharmacy accepting unused
