    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 367, TRUST LANDS AMENDMENTS, by Representative M. Noel, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Lines 199 through 200 :    

             199          (b) the trust established for

{   persons who are   }        schools for the       blind; and

             200          (c) the trust established for
{   persons who are   }        schools for the       deaf.


2.    Page 10, Line 276 :    

             276      Subsection 53C-1-103 (7) on major items that the director knows
