    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.C.R. 5, CONCURRENT RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING PARENTAL ENGAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, by Senator P. Jones, with the following amendments:
