Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to approve minutes of the February 6, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.
S.B. 56 Homeowner Association Reserve Account Amendments (Sen. S. Urquhart)
Sen. Urquhart introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen Bramble moved to transmit S.B. 56 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Davis moved that the bill be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimousl y with Sen. Valentine absent for the vote.
S.B. 161 Pharmacy Practice Act Revisions (Sen. C. Bramble)
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adopt 3rd Sub. S.B. 161. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 53 Recreational Therapy Practice Amendments (G.Davis)
MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to adopt the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 19 through 20 :

(3) Title 58, Chapter 15, Health Facility Administrator Act, is repealed July 1, 2015.
(4) Title 58, Chapter 20a, Environmental Health Scientist Act, is repealed July 1, 2013.
