Senator David P. Hinkins proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 44 :
44 (2)(b) or (c) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
(5) A person is not guilty of agricultural operation interference under Subsection (2)(b) if the person is
authorized by law to record an image of, or sound from, the agricultural operation.
