8 General Description:
9 This bill amends provisions in the Utah Child Support Act.

22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 78B-12-215 is amended to read:
24 78B-12-215. Child care costs.
25 (1) (a) The need to include child care costs in the child support order is presumed, if
26 the custodial parent or the noncustodial parent, during extended parent-time, is working and
27 actually incurring the child care costs.
