             9      Committee Note:
             10          The Executive Appropriations Committee Interim Committee recommended this bill.
             11      General Description:
             12          This bill modifies education funding for school districts, charter schools, and certain
             13      state agencies for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, and
             14      modifies related budgetary provisions.
             15      Highlighted Provisions:
             16          This bill:
             17          .    appropriates funding to school districts and charter schools for educator salary
             18      adjustments;
             19          .    appropriates money into the Autism Awareness Restricted Account; and
             20          .    balances appropriations among revenue sources and funds.
             21      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             22          None
             23      Other Special Clauses:
             24          This bill provides an immediate effective date.

             28      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             29          Section 1. Appropriation.
             30          Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, for
             31      the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, the following sums of money
             32      are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts
             33      previously appropriated, out of the funds or accounts indicated. These sums of money are in
             34      addition to any amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2013.

             56          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             57      upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
             58      Constitution Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto,


             59      the date of veto override.
