Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Perry moved to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel absent for the vote.


H.B. 366    State House Boundary Amendments (Rep. B. Dee)

Rep. Dee introduced the bill to the committee. A handout was provided to committee members.

MOTION:    Rep. Grover moved to pass H.B. 366 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel absent for the vote.
