Chair Ray called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to approve the minutes of February 1, 2013. The motion
passed unanimously.
S.B. 27 Health Care Provider Immunity Sunset Amendment (Sen. A. Christensen)
At the request of Sen. Christensen, Rep. Ray presented the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Redd moved to place S.B. 27 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed
unanimously.
S.B. 14 Research Using Pharmaceuticals (Sen. P. Jones)
Sen. Jones presented the bill to the committee.
