Chair Ray called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.

H.B. 230    Emergency Vehicle Operators Training Requirements (Rep. G. Froerer)

Rep. Froerer presented the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Chavez-Houck moved to replace H.B. 230 with 1st Substitute H.B. 230,
        "Emergency Vehicle Operators Training Requirements". The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Barlow moved to pass the bill out favorably as substituted. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Menlove moved to place 1st Substitute H.B. 230 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 118    Automatic External Defibrillator Account (Rep. R. Cunningham)

Rep. Cunningham presented the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Kennedy moved to replace H.B. 118 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 118,

"Automatic External Defibrillator Restricted Account". The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Kennedy moved to pass the bill out favorably, as substituted. The motion passed unanimously.
