Rep. Greenwood called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2013 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Layton and Rep. Stratton absent for the
vote.
H.B. 301 Bail Bond Recovery Licensure Amendments (Rep. E. Redd)
Rep. Redd introduced and explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Ms. Alice
Moffat, Director, Bureau of Criminal Identification.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to pass H.B. 301 with a favorable recommendation. The motion
passed unanimously, with Rep. Layton absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to place H.B. 301 on the Consent Calender. The motion passed
unanimously, with Rep. Layton absent for the vote.
H.B. 89 Judicial Review of Peace Officer Standards and Training Actions (Rep. M.
Nelson)
Rep. Nelson introduced and explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to pass H.B. 89 with a favorable recommendation. The motion
passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Greenwood adjourned the meeting at 4:20 p.m.
