Rep. Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.

H.B. 113    County Governing Body Authority (Rep. S. Handy)

Rep. Handy introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Cox moved to pass H.B. 113 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
