Rep. Webb called the meeting to order at 2:16 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Roberts, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.


1st Sub. H.B. 220    Repeal of State Auditor Related Provisions (Rep. J. Knotwell)

    
Rep. Knotwell introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Hall moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 220 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Roberts, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Roberts, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
