Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of February 27, 2013. The
motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote
Chair Bramble relinquished the Chair to Sen. Valentine
S.B. 234 Fire Code Amendments (C. Bramble)
Sen. Bramble introduced and explained the bill.
Spoke in favor of the bill: Ted Black, Fire Marshal, Weber Fire District
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to transmit SB. 234 favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.
