A list of visitors and a copy of handouts are filed with the committee minutes.

On assignment from Committee Chair Aaron Osmond, Senator Reid assumed the committee chair and called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
        
Approval of Minutes    

MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2013 meeting. The              motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 249 Refugee Services Fund Amendments (J. Peterson)

Rep. Peterson introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass H.B. 249 out favorably. The motion passed             unanimously.

M OTION:     Sen. Jones moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.     Chair Reid adjourned the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
