Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2013 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Robles, Shiozawa and Thatcher absent
for the vote.
Sen. Dayton announced that S.B. 149 would not be heard today.
S.B. 140 Service Area Board of Trustees (Sen. T. Weiler)
Sen. Weiler presented and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to adopt the following amendment.
