Sen. Vickers called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

There were no minutes to approve.

S.B. 132, Utah Medical Education Council Amendments (W. Harper)

Sen. Harper presented and explained the bill.

Spoke to the bill:    Dr. David Patton, Executive Director, Department of Health
            Mr. Ric Campbell, Executive Director, Utah Medical Education Council
            Ms. Michelle McOmber, Utah Medical Association

MOTION:    Sen. Christensen moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Sen. Christensen moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
