Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

S.B. 125    District Court Judge Amendments (Sen. K. Van Tassell)         

Sen. Van Tassell introduced and explained this bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sens.         Robles and Urquhart absent for the vote.

S.B. 127    Juvenile Court Judge Amendments (Sen. K. Van Tassell)

Sen. Van Tassell introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sens.         Robles and Urquhart absent for the vote.
