Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m. 
    
 Approval of Minutes
 MOTION:    Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 11 and Feb. 13, 2013. The 
        motion passed unanimously with Sens. Hillyard, Urquhart, and Weiler absent for 
        the vote.
 
 
S.B. 183      Adoption Agency Modifications (L. Robles)
Sen. Robles presented and explained this bill.
 MOTION:    Sen. Robles moved to replace S.B. 183 with 1st Sub. S.B. 183. The motion passed
        unanimously with Sens. Hillyard, Urquhart, and Weiler absent for the vote.

H.B. 301    Bail Bond Recovery Licensure Amendments (E. Redd)
Rep. Redd presented and explained this bill.
 MOTION:    Sen. Jones moved to pass H.B. 301 out with a favorable recommendation. The 
        motion passed unanimously with Sens. Robles and Urquhart absent for the vote.
 MOTION:    Sen. Hillyard moved to place H.B. 301 on the Consent Calendar. The motion 
        passed unanimously with Sens. Robles and Urquhart absent for the vote.
 H.B. 27    Threat of Terrorism Penalty Amendments (E. Hutchings)
Rep. Hutchings presented and explained the bill.
 MOTION:    Sen. Thatcher moved to pass H.B. 27 out with a favorable recommendation. The 
        motion passed unanimously with Sens. Hillyard, Robles, and Urquhart absent for 
        the vote.
 MOTION:    Sen. Thatcher moved to place H.B. 27 on the Consent Calendar. The motion 
        passed unanimously with Sens. Hillyard and Robles absent for the vote.
 S.B. 72    Prison Relocation and Development Amendments (S. Jenkins)
Sen. Jenkins presented and explained the bill. 
MOTION:    Sen. Thatcher moved to replace S.B. 72 with 1st Sub. S.B. 72. The motion passed 
        unanimously.

MOTION:    Sen. Weiler  moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with

 Chair Madsen adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
