Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

S.B. 30 Water and Irrigation Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)

Sen. Dayton presented and explained this bill.

Spoke in favor of the bill:    Mr. Kent Jones, State Water Engineer

MOTION:    Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.

S.B. 115 Water Development Commission Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)

Sen. Dayton presented and explained this bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.

Sen. Davis presented and explained this bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Christensen moved to move to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed with Sen. Dabakis voting in opposition.

MOTION:    Sen. Hinkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Jenkins adjourned the meeting at 2:55 p.m.
