S.B. 30 Water and Irrigation Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)
Sen. Dayton presented and explained this bill.
Spoke in favor of the bill: Mr. Kent Jones, State Water Engineer
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable
recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Okerlund absent for
the vote.
S.B. 115 Water Development Commission Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)
Sen. Dayton presented and explained this bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable
recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Okerlund absent for
the vote.
S.C.R. 3 Threatened Species Damage and Management Plan Concurrent Resolution
(Sen. E. Vickers)
Sen. Vickers presented and explained this resolution.

MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to pass the resolution out of committee with a favorable

S.B. 32 Environmental Health Scientist Act Sunset Reauthorization (Sen. G. Davis)
Sen. Davis presented and explained this bill.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to move to the next item on the agenda. The motion
passed with Sen. Dabakis voting in opposition.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
