Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve minutes of the February 14, 2013 meeting.      The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 193 Vehicle Registration Amendments (S. Jenkins)

Sen. Jenkins introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to transmit S.B.193 favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place S.B. 193 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed         unanimously.
        
H.B. 294 Bicycles on Streets (Johnny Anderson)

Rep. Anderson introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to transmit H.B. 294 favorably. The motion passed      unanimously.

MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.B. 294 on the Consent Calendar.
