Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. McCay moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2014 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously with Rep.Hughes, Rep. Last, and Rep. Gibson absent for the vote.
H.B. 81 Parental Review of Statewide Summative Test Questions (Rep. M. Kennedy)
Rep. Kennedy explained the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Lifferth moved to amend the bill as follows:
