Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m.

H.B. 392    Delegate Responsibility Amendments (Rep. K. Powell)

Rep. Powell explained the bill with the assistance of Fritz Pettyjohn, Balanced Budget Amendment Task Force. The handouts, "The Constitution of the United States", "Convention of States, Answering the Most Important Questions", "Convention of States, Jo Wolverton and the JBS-LOL", and the packet, "Debt, Deficits, and the Balanced Budget Amendment", were passed out to the committee.
