Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Perry moved to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2014 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously with Rep. Fisher, Rep. Grover, Rep. Mathis, and Rep.
Noel absent for the vote.
1st Sub. S.B. 54 Elections Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble) (Rep. D. McCay)
MOTION: Rep. Chavez-Houck moved to replace 1st Substitute SB54 with 2nd Substitute
SB54. The motion passed with Rep. Fisher, Rep. Grover, and Rep. Mathis absent
for the vote.
Sen. Bramble explained the bill.
