Vice Chair Greenwood called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2014 meeting. The
motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover, Rep. Ipson, Rep. Ray, Rep. Redd,
Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
H.B. 322 Protection of Activities in Private Vehicles (Rep. C. Oda)
Rep. Oda explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to amend the bill as follows:

MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to replace H.B. 105 with 2nd Sub. H.B. 105. The motion
passed unanimously with Rep. Wheatley absent for the vote.

MOTION: Rep. Oda moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with
