Chair Noel called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Christofferson moved to approve the revised minutes of the February 4, 2014
meeting and the minutes of the February 6, 2014 meeting . The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Draxler, Rep. Sagers, Rep. Wilcox, and
Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
H.B. 67 Political Subdivision Jurisdiction Amendments (Rep. M. Roberts)
This bill was not heard.
H.B. 49 Water Rights - Change Application Amendments (Rep. K. McIff)
MOTION: Rep. Mathis moved to replace HB49 with 1st Sub. HB49. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Draxler, Rep. Sagers, Rep. Wilcox, and
Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
1st Sub. H.B. 49 Water Rights - Change Application Amendments (Rep. K. McIff)
Rep. McIff explained the bill to the committee. A handout, "Water Ownership," was distributed
to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. McKell moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with
Rep. Handy absent for the vote.
Chair Noel adjourned the meeting at 9:55 a.m.
