Rep. Webb called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

H.B. 272    Municipal Election Amendments - Office Hours (Rep. J. Knotwell)

Rep. Knotwell explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:     Rep. Westwood moved to pass H.B. 272 out favorably. The motion passed         unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Poulson, and Rep. Seelig absent for the         vote.

H.B. 308    Criminal Penalty Amendments (Rep. C. Hall)

Rep. Hall explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Roberts moved to pass H.B. 308 out favorably. The motion passed              unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Poulson, and Rep. Seelig absent for the         vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Hall moved to place H.B. 308 on the Consent Calendar. The motion failed         with Rep. Peterson voting in opposition. Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Poulson, and Rep.         Seelig were absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Roberts moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Webb adjourned the meeting at 4:19 p.m.
