Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2014 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Roberts, Rep. Seelig,
and Rep. Peterson absent for the vote.
S.C.R. 1 Concurrent Resolution Recognizing the 60th Anniversary of the Inclusion of
Under God in the Pledge of Allegiance (Sen. A. Osmond) (Rep. L.
Christensen)
Sen. Osmond and Rep. Christensen explained the bill to the committee.
Spoke for the bill: Laura Bunker, United Families Utah
MOTION: Rep. Westwood moved to pass S.C.R. 1 out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
1st Sub. S.B. 90 Residency Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler) (Rep. C. Hall)
Sen. Weiler explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 90 out favorably. The motion
passed unanimously with Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
H.B. 110 Renewable Energy Amendments (Rep. K. Powell)
Rep. Powell explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Roberts moved to adopt 1st Substitute H.B. 110. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Peterson assumed the chair.

Roberts, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Anderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep.
Roberts, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Peterson adjourned the meeting at 3:22 p.m.
