Vice Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Hall, Rep. Poulson, and Rep. Roberts absent for the vote.

S.B. 174    Emergency Fiscal Procedures Counties (Sen. D. Henderson) (Rep. C. Hall)

Sen. Henderson explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke for the bill:    Adam Trupp, Utah Association of Counties

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to pass S.B. 174 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Hall, Rep. Poulson, and Rep. Roberts absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Anderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Hall, Rep. Poulson, and Rep. Roberts absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Peterson adjourned the meeting at 8:44 a.m.
