Vice Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Poulson moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

H.B. 382    Limited Purpose Local Government Entities Amendments (Rep. B. Dee)

Rep. Dee explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Roberts moved to adopt 1st Substitute H.B. 382. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Hall moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 382 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to place 1st Substitute H.B. 382 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Poulson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Peterson adjourned the meeting at 9:12 a.m.
