Vice Chair Handy called the meeting to order at 4:22 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hemingway moved to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2014 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Christofferson and Rep. Spendlove absent for the vote.

S.B. 89    Amendments to Definition of Public Utility (Sen. S. Urquhart) (Rep. B. Last)

Sen. Urquhart explained the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Romero moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Spendlove absent for the vote.

Sen. Bramble explained the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Westwood moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 171    Natural Gas Main or Line Amendments (Rep. G. Hughes)

Rep. Hughes introduced the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Hemingway moved to replace HB171 with 1st Substitute HB171. The motion passed unanimously.
