Vice Chair Nielson called the meeting to order at 8:24 a.m.
Vice Chair Nielson asked Rep. Hutchings to conduct the meeting.
H.B. 224 Sales and Use Tax Amendments (Rep. J. Nielson)
Rep. Nielson distributed "Pro-Growth Tax Reform & E-Fairness" and explained the bill to the
committee.
MOTION: Rep. Stanard moved to amend the bill as follows:

Chair Wilcox assumed the chair from Acting Chair Hutchings.
MOTION: Rep. Hutchings moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended. The motion passed
with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Cosgrove, Rep. Eliason, Rep. McIff, and Rep. Tanner voting
in opposition. Rep. Anderegg and Rep. King were absent for the vote.
H.B. 226 Severance Tax Amendments (Rep. J. Nielson)
Rep. Nielson explained the bill to the committee.
