MOTION: Rep. Briscoe moved to approve the minutes of February 20, 2014. The motion
passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Froerer, Rep. Gibson, Rep.
Hutchings, Rep. McIff, and Rep. Sagers absent for the vote.
H.B. 55 Income Tax Credit for Purchase of Transit Pass (Rep. M. Poulson)
Rep. Poulson explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Bruce Jones, Utah Transit
Authority.

MOTION: Rep. Briscoe moved to pass the bill out favorably as amended on February 14,
2014. The motion passed with Rep. Anderegg and Rep. Stanard voting in
