8     LONG TITLE
9     General Description:
10          This bill modifies the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act by removing the repeal date
11     of Title 35A, Utah Workforce Services Code.
12     Highlighted Provisions:
13          This bill:
14          ▸     modifies the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act by removing the repeal date of
15     Title 35A, Utah Workforce Services Code, thereby allowing Title 35A, Utah
16     Workforce Services Code, to remain in effect after July 1, 2015; and
17          ▸     makes technical changes.

26     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27          Section 1. Section 63I-1-235 is amended to read:
28          63I-1-235. Repeal dates, Title 35A.
29          [(1) Title 35A, Utah Workforce Services Code, is repealed July 1, 2015.]
30          [(2)] (1) Title 35A, Chapter 8, Part 7, Utah Housing Corporation Act, is repealed July
31     1, 2016.
32          [(3) Title 35A, Chapter 8, Part 18, Transitional Housing and Community Development
33     Advisory Council, is repealed July 1, 2014.]
34          [(4)] (2) Title 35A, Chapter 11, Women in the Economy Commission Act, is repealed
35     July 1, 2016.
