8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the Traffic Code by repealing restrictions on operating a motor
10 vehicle.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 ▸ repeals restrictions on an operator of a motor vehicle traveling through a defile or
14 canyon or on a mountain highway; and
15 ▸ repeals coasting restrictions on an operator of a motor vehicle.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Repealer.
27 This bill repeals:
28 Section 41-6a-1708, Driving in canyons and on mountain highways.
29 Section 41-6a-1709, Coasting prohibited.
