21 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 36-12-7, (1953), the Legislative
23 Management Committee has recommended the reappointment of Mr. John L. Fellows as
24 Legislative General Counsel for the Utah Legislature; and
25 WHEREAS, the reappointment of Mr. John L. Fellows in this position for a term of
26 office of six years beginning May 12, 2015, is subject to further approval of a majority vote of
27 both the House of Representatives and the Senate:
28 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
29 the reappointment of Mr. John L. Fellows as Legislative General Counsel for the Utah
30 Legislature be approved for a six-year term of office beginning May 12, 2015.
