8     General Description:
9          This bill enacts provisions regarding freight train crew size requirements.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:

a railroad] certain railroads ←Ŝ from operating a freight train or light

26     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27          Section 1. Section 56-1-25.5 is enacted to read:

28          56-1-25.5. Freight train crew size.
29          (1) As used in this section, " Ŝ→ [
railroad] class I railroad ←Ŝ " Ŝ→ , "class II
29a     railroad", and "class III railroad" ←Ŝ means the same as that term is defined in 49
30     U.S.C. Sec. 20102.
31          (2) A Ŝ→ class I railroad, class II railroad, or class III ←Ŝ railroad may not operate a
31a     freight train or light engine used in connection with
32     the movement of freight unless the railroad has a crew consisting of at least Ŝ→ [
the following] ←Ŝ
