24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Appropriation.
26 Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, for
27 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, the following sums of money
28 are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts
29 previously appropriated, out of the funds or accounts indicated. These sums of money are in
30 addition to any amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2016.
31 To the Department of Natural Resources - Division of Wildlife Resources

33 Schedule of Programs:

35 The Legislature intends that, under Section 63J-1-603, appropriations under this section
36 not lapse at the close of fiscal year 2016. The use of any nonlapsing funds is limited to
37 implementation of the Utah prairie dog management plan.
38 The Legislature intends that the appropriation under this section is to be used to fund
39 implementation of the Utah prairie dog management plan.
40 Section 2. Effective date.
41 This bill takes effect on July 1, 2015.
