21 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 Section 1. Section 23-13-20 is enacted to read:
23 23-13-20. Use of crossbow during archery hunt.
24 An individual may use a crossbow:
25 (1) as prescribed by the Wildlife Board in rule, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter
26 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act; and
27 (2) during an archery hunt established under authority of this Title 23, Wildlife
28 Resources Code of Utah.
