Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to approve the minutes of the February 2, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Froerer, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Roberts, Rep. Stanard, and Rep. Knotwell absent for the vote.
H.B. 96 Real Estate Transaction Amendments (Rep. B. Greene)
Rep. Greene explained the bill assisted by Jonathan Stewart, Director, Division of Real Estate.

MOTION: Rep. Anderegg moved to replace H.B. 96 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 96. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Froerer, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Roberts, Rep. Stanard, and Rep. Knotwell absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Knotwell assumed the chair.
MOTION: Rep. Duckworth moved to pass out favorably 2nd Sub. H.B. 96. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan and Rep. Froerer absent for the vote.
H.B. 129 Economic Development Incentive Amendments (Rep. K. Powell)
Rep. Powell explained the bill assisted by Theresa Foxley, Governor's Office of Economic Development, and Ryan Starks, Economic Development Director, Wasatch County.
MOTION: Rep. Stanard moved to replace H.B. 129 with 1st Substitute H.B. 129. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderegg, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Froerer absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Stanard moved to pass out favorably 1st Sub. H.B. 129. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderegg, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Froerer absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Knotwell moved to place 1st Sub. H.B. 129 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderegg, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Froerer absent for the vote.
