Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Knotwell moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Froerer, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Stanard, and Rep. Webb absent for the vote.
H.B. 314 Money Management Act Amendments (Rep. R. Cunningham)
Rep. Cunningham explained the bill assisted by Richard Ellis, State Treasurer.

MOTION: Rep. Duckworth moved to pass out favorably H.B. 314. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Pitcher and Rep. Stanard absent for the vote.
