Vice Chair Knotwell called the meeting to order at 8:11 a.m.


MOTION:     Rep. Peterson moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderegg, Rep. Duckworth, Rep. Froerer, Rep. Schultz, and Rep. Stanard absent for the vote.

 

S.B. 54            Credit Monitoring for Minors (Sen. A. Osmond)


Sen. Osmond explained the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. Peterson moved to replace S.B. 54 with 1st Substitute S.B. 54. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderegg, Rep. Duckworth, and Rep. Stanard absent for the vote.
