Vice Chair Daw called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

 

1st Sub. S.B. 32         Amendments to Limitations and Reporting for Food and Awards (Sen. K. Mayne)


Sen. Mayne explained the bill.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Draxler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Arent moved to place 1st Sub. S.B. 32 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

H.B. 306         Fees for Government Records Requests (Rep. Brian S. King)


Rep. King explained the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. Arent moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

S.B. 168          Civic Center Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)


Sen. Bramble explained the bill.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Arent moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Peterson moved to place S.B. 168 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

1st Sub. H.B. 60        Campaign Finance Amendments (Rep. Brian S. King)


Rep. King explained the bill.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Chavez-Houck moved to replace H.B. 60 with 1st Sub. H.B. 60. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Perry absent for the vote.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Cox moved to pass 1st Sub. H.B. 60 out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Grover, Rep. Peterson, and Rep. Daw voting in opposition.

 

H.B. 291         Procurement Changes (Rep. K. Stratton)


Rep. Stratton explained the bill.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Peterson moved to move to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
